Customer Engagement Specialist

Renewal by Andersen Esler Companies seeks a Customer Engagement Specialist to be the first point of contact for homeowners exploring window and door replacement. In this role, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, schedule in-home consultations, and provide an exceptional customer experience. You'll use CRM tools to track interactions, follow up on marketing inquiries, and collaborate closely with sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners by phone, email, and digital channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule in-home design consultations.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer data in CRM systems.
• Educate prospects on Renewal by Andersen window and door solutions and service process.
• Follow up on marketing-generated inquiries to maximize appointment set rates.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff of appointments.
• Meet or exceed metrics for call volume, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen product and industry knowledge.
