Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts is seeking a PT Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service in our retail store. You'll assist students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons, while promoting repair services and special programs. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, handling transactions, maintaining merchandising standards, and supporting in store events. You'll collaborate with a student-focused team, engage local schools and music programs, and help foster an inclusive, education-driven environment that supports musical growth in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative sales support for instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons
• Deliver exceptional customer service to students, parents, and educators
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Process sales, rentals, and returns accurately at the register
• Maintain merchandising, stocking, and visual standards
• Promote repair services, special programs, and in-store events
• Support outreach to local schools and music programs
• Collaborate with team members in a student-focused, inclusive culture
