Inside Sales Specialist

Renewal by Andersen Esler Companies seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to drive revenue by converting inbound and outbound leads into in-home design consultations for window and door replacement projects. In this phone-based role, you will build rapport with homeowners, understand project needs, explain product and service benefits, and schedule qualified appointments for our field sales teams. You'll use CRM tools to track activity, manage follow-ups, and hit daily and monthly performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage homeowners interested in window and door replacement
• Qualify leads by understanding project scope, timing, and decision-makers
• Explain Renewal by Andersen products, services, and value proposition to prospective customers
• Schedule high-quality in-home design consultations for field sales representatives
• Use CRM software to document all interactions, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to sharpen product knowledge and sales techniques
