Harr Auto Group's Business Development Center is the engine behind our showroom traffic, and we're looking for a bilingual Sales BDC Agent to help drive it. If you're a strong communicator who thrives on the phone, this is a role with real earning potential, real growth, and a team that invests in you from day one.

• Competitive hourly base + commission and performance bonuses ($45K–$68K+ based on performance)
• $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days

• Be the go-to point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails for sales leads
• Qualify customers on credit situation, vehicle needs, and timeline
• Set and confirm showroom appointments for our sales team
• Follow up on unsold and uncontacted leads using proven BDC cadences
• Log all interactions in our CRM (Drive Centric)
• Hit weekly and monthly appointment and show-rate targets
• Join ongoing coaching and training to sharpen your skills

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Comfortable on the phone in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasker with solid computer skills
• CRM experience a plus, but we'll train the right person
