CNS​/Neuroscience, ADHD Territory Sales Representative - Framingham MA

Role:
The ADHD Specialist is responsible for achieving sales targets within their designated territory by executing tailored sales strategies, engaging healthcare providers through various communication modes, and understanding local market dynamics.

• Developing business and call plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Staying informed on payer access and disease treatment trends.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate product access.
• Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of ADHD, treatment options, and competitive landscape to serve as a trusted resource.

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences sales experience, preferably in specialty areas like neuroscience or pediatrics.
• Proven account-based selling skills and familiarity with formulary pull-through strategies.
• Experience with prior authorization processes and market access programs is preferred.

• Specialty sales, neuropsychiatry focus, ADHD therapeutic area.
• Local and national payer environment understanding, and adherence to compliance standards.
