The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our team in Worcester, MA. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program that includes classroom and field-based training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.
During the program, you will work closely with a Sales Mentor to learn about dealership operations, sales techniques, and customer relationship building. After successful training, you will have the opportunity to relocate and take on the role of a Sales Professional, responsible for achieving sales quotas.
