Secure Bio is a nonprofit focused on pandemic early detection. Our Detection team is building a pathogen-agnostic system and we operate a large metagenomic biosurveillance network, processing hundreds of samples daily.
We are seeking a LIMS Platform Lead to own design, architecture, and operation of the Lab informatics that track every sample from intake through sequencing. This on-site role in Cambridge, MA partners with scientists, the Automation Lead, and the computational biology team.
