** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to all persons at a healthcare location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by assignment.

+ Monitor access points and common areas, assist with visitor and vendor processing as required, and help maintain orderly entry and/or exit flow in accordance with site procedures.

+ Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff to Allied Universal leadership.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.

+ Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.

+ Alarm Panel Experience - preferred.

+ Customer Service Experience - preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
