Flex Security Officer

Securitas is seeking a reliable Flex Security Officer to provide on-site protection at multiple client locations. In this role, you will perform patrols, control access, monitor activity, and respond to incidents to ensure the safety of people, property, and assets. Responsibilities include enforcing site rules, conducting detailed observations, writing accurate reports, and operating security technology such as CCTV and access control systems.

You'll work varied shifts with 24/7 availability, represent Securitas' values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness, and gain training and advancement opportunities in professional security.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible security presence at multiple client sites as assigned
• Control access, verify identification, and manage visitor/contractor entry
• Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols to deter and detect security risks
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following post orders
• Observe, document, and report incidents in clear written and electronic reports
• Operate security technology such as CCTV, access control, and communication devices
• Deliver professional customer service to clients, visitors, and the public
• Follow all safety, security, and confidentiality procedures and regulations
• Maintain required licenses, certifications, and Securitas training compliance
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with 24/7 availability
