Operate and repair the facilitys HVAC systems to maintain the safe and efficient operation of the facility;
Monitor operation of the HVAC systems, noting status, identifying potential problems, and taking corrective action;
Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance and other standard operating procedures;
Perform preventative maintenance repairs, alterations, and routine operations to the facility systems;
Record and log all work performed, complete work order slips, and compile all required reports in a timely and complete manner
