UMass Memorial Health - - Responsibilities:
Maintains all plumbing, fittings, fixtures and pipelines.;
Installs new plumbing systems and fixtures as required.;
Maintains all required records. Records all work not assigned on maintenance work log and completes work slips in the computer system as necessary.;
Maintains clean and safe work area. Adheres to safety standards, procedures and regulation.;
Responds to and assesses various calls and emergencies as required or directed.
