• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of hotel facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
• Assist in the upkeep of the hotel’s physical appearance and safety standards
• Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all times

• Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are preferred
