This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Snow Heavy Equipment Operator based in Massachusetts, United States. The primary responsibilities include operating heavy snow equipment to safely clear snow and ice from commercial and industrial properties. The operator will perform pre‑operational checks, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure equipment is maintained in good condition. Timely and efficient work will be required during adverse weather conditions, often on‑call or extended hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

• Experience operating heavy snow equipment such as loaders, skid steers, or plows
• Knowledge of snow removal practices, safety procedures, and equipment functionality
• Ability to perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Reliability in working during critical weather conditions, including on‑call and adverse hours
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Physical capability to work in cold environments and handle heavy equipment operations
• Previous experience in facility maintenance or snow removal is a plus
