Experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic ; Middlesex

We're looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic to maintain and repair heavy trucks, trailers, and agricultural equipment. This full time role emphasizes preventative maintenance and critical troubleshooting skills.

This position requires a motivated Heavy Equipment Mechanic, ideally with a 310T license, to ensure that all equipment operates safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing maintenance checks, and keeping comprehensive service records. Robust problem‑solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

• Diagnose and fix heavy trucks and agricultural machinery
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Maintain accurate service records for equipment
• Assist in seasonal repairs as needed

• 310T license is preferred for candidates
• Valid AZ license seen as a significant asset
• Proven experience with heavy machinery and agriculture
• Welding/fabrication skills are advantageous
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
