Field Service Technician II

NCR Atleos is looking for Field Service Technicians. As a first‑line response to customers, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner with the focus being finding the right solution. You will organize, triage customer issues, and even handle some problems before they start. You will provide the necessary level of service through formal training that elevates your ability to meet customers’ needs when they need it.

This role keeps commerce running across the globe and is an ambassador for the NCR Atleos Brand.

Salary: $40,800.00 - $59,200.00.

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and system overhauls.
• Manage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access.

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record satisfying NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• Proficient with PCs, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Capable of carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Capable of bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA N+ Certification.
• One or more years of related experience.
