Motivate LLC is seeking seasonal Bike Mechanics to support bike assembly, maintenance, and repair at our depot during the busy riding season. Training will be provided on technical aspects of bikeshare bikes.
Workdays are 7 am–3 pm, with weekdays and weekends; shifts may change per Collective Bargaining Agreement and business needs. Responsibilities include complete bike maintenance and repairs, detailed record-keeping via smartphone, tool management, and adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
