As a Field Service Technician, you will be the first line of response for our largest retail customers, providing prompt and effective service to ensure seamless operation of self‑checkout systems and related electromechanical equipment.

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) work, repairs, and system overhauls as required.
• Communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner with a focus on finding the right solution.
• Organize, triage customer issues, and handle problems before they arise when possible.

• Local candidate to the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Will travel pro‑longed periods, driving several hours per day.
• Availability for rotating shifts, weekend work, and occasional holidays.
• Physical capability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs without assistance and up to 150 lbs with assistance; ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects of varying size.
• Willingness to be trained on and operate small‑scale scissor lifts in retail environments.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• Certifications such as A+, CompTIA Network+, or relevant hardware certifications.
• One or more years of related experience.

• Hourly Pay Range: $17.00 to $20.83 depending on location and experience levels.
• Overtime available at time and a half.
• 7 paid holidays and 6 paid floating holidays.
• Paid vacation – up to 80 hours in the first year.

$38,900.00 – $58,300.00 (annualized for full‑time equivalents).
