Integra is seeking an AV Field Engineer to join our growing team in the greater Boston area. You will support clients by onsite repair, maintenance, and testing of integrated audio/visual systems, working with Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Zoom, Teams, Polycom and other leading solutions.
You will diagnose issues, program DSPs across vendors, review AV drawings, perform firmware upgrades, and conduct preventative maintenance while documenting service calls and coordinating with installation teams.
