Motivate, Inc. is seeking seasonal Bike Mechanics to support bike assembly, maintenance, and repair at our depots. Training on bikeshare specifics will be provided. Typical shifts run 7 am–3 pm, with potential schedule changes per bargaining agreement and business needs.
Responsibilities include performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs, recording work on a smartphone, and managing tools and supplies within our indoor depots. Commitment to safety and dependable performance is essential.
