Residential HVAC Service Technician

We are currently looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our team!

Job Description

Provide maintenance, repairs, and installations on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards while delivering customers a high-quality service experience.

Pay Range: $42.00/hr.

-$57.00/hr., depending on experience

  • Boot Allowance ($300 per year)

  • License Renewal Reimbursement ($300 per year)

  • Tuition Reimbursement ($500 per year)

Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of previous HVAC experience

  • Valid driver's license

  • Ability to work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder

  • Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance

  • Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and the ability to clearly explain problems and solutions to residential and commercial customers and coworkers

  • Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility

Preferred Qualifications
  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License

  • Sheet Metal License

  • Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School

  • Insurable driving record

  • Possess most commonly used HVAC tools
