We are currently looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our team!
Job DescriptionProvide maintenance, repairs, and installations on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards while delivering customers a high-quality service experience.
Pay Range: $42.00/hr.
-$57.00/hr., depending on experience

Paid Vacation:
2 weeks during the first year
3 weeks after 1-4 years
4 weeks after 5+ years
Sick Time (40 hours for full-time employees)

Boot Allowance ($300 per year)
License Renewal Reimbursement ($300 per year)
Tuition Reimbursement ($500 per year)
2-5 years of previous HVAC experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder
Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance
Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and the ability to clearly explain problems and solutions to residential and commercial customers and coworkers
Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility
EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
Sheet Metal License
Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
Insurable driving record
Possess most commonly used HVAC tools
