HVAC Service Technician
Test of Time Plumbing Heating Air & Electrical
Location: Greater Boston & Metro West, MA
Pay: $42.00-$57.00 per hour, based on experience

We're currently seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
What You'll Do- Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide clear, effective solutions
- Communicate recommendations and the benefits of preventative maintenance to customers
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while following company standards and safety practices

- 4 weeks - years 5+
- Sick time (40 hours for full-time employees)
- Bereavement leave (3 days)
- Boot allowance ($300/year)
- License renewal reimbursement ($300/year)
- Tuition reimbursement ($500/year)
- 2-5 years of HVAC experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to take responsibility and work independently
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- Sheet Metal License
- HVAC Technical School certification
- Clean, insurable driving record
- Ownership of commonly used HVAC tools
