Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Job SummaryAs a Journeyman Plumber, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems in residential and light commercial settings. You'll work independently on service calls while also helping train and mentor apprentices as needed.
What You'll Do- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and heating systems
- Diagnose issues and perform skilled troubleshooting
- Perform routine service and preventive maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Use standard plumbing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Train and supervise apprentices when applicable
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Competitive pay: $48-$60/hour or commission option

- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong mathematical skills
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency with plumbing tools (snakes, augers, drills, saws, levels, etc.)
- Physical ability to perform labor for extended periods
- Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Desire to grow toward Master Plumber licensure
- 3+ years of plumbing experience
- Residential and light commercial plumbing experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Energetic, team-focused attitude
