The HVACR Technician is a full-time role based in Greater Boston, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing temperature and humidity based refrigeration systems. Day‑to‑day tasks include performing routine inspections, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and completing corrective repairs to ensure safe and efficient operation. The technician will carry out preventive maintenance, document work performed, and communicate clearly with customers and team members about system status and recommended services.

This role involves traveling to customer locations, adhering to safety standards and local codes, and collaborating with other technicians and supervisors to manage schedules and meet service commitments.

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance to ensure reliable operation of HVACR systems.
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance practices to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair for mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration components.
• Relevant technical training or certification in HVACR (e.g., trade school, apprenticeship, or HVACR license as required by local regulations).
• EPA Section 608 certification for handling refrigerants or willingness to obtain it within a defined timeframe.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders, with solid problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety, adherence to company policies, and capability to work in varying environmental conditions.
• Valid driver’s license.
