Maintenance Technician

Location: Worcester, MA

Pay: $24.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and assignment

Job Type: Full-Time / Temporary / Temp-to-Hire

The Liberty Group is actively hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for current and upcoming opportunities throughout Worcester and the surrounding area
.

We are looking for dependable, hands-on maintenance professionals with experience in apartment communities, residential properties, facilities maintenance, or similar environments.

Responsibilities may include:

• Apartment turns and make-readies
• Completing resident work orders
• Painting and drywall repair
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Basic electrical repairs
• Appliance troubleshooting
• General handyman and carpentry work
• Preventative maintenance
• Property and grounds upkeep
• Supporting onsite maintenance teams

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous apartment, multifamily, residential, or facilities maintenance experience
• Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools
• Professional communication skills
• Dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

EPA/HVAC certification is a plus for certain opportunities but is not required for every assignment.

, with assignments ranging from short-term coverage to longer-term and temp-to-hire positions.
