Responsibilities- Execute precise diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve mechanical or electrical malfunctions in household units.
- Perform comprehensive repairs on major kitchen and laundry equipment, including refrigeration, dishwashing, and drying systems.
- Deliver exceptional service by educating homeowners on proper maintenance and the status of their repairs.
- Document service outcomes, part utilization, and technical findings to maintain high standards of service accuracy.
- Continuously refine technical proficiency by staying current with emerging appliance technology and advanced repair methodologies.
- Uphold rigorous safety standards and operational protocols during every onsite interaction to ensure a secure work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Demonstrated professional experience in appliance diagnostics and mechanical repair.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical problems independently.
- Effective verbal communication skills with a focus on client-facing service.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for travel to service locations.
- Formal technical certification in appliance repair or related trade.
- Current EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
- Proven ability to manage a mobile service schedule with high time-management efficiency.
