Home Appliance Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Home Appliance Technician to join our team in Worcester, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of home appliances, ensuring that our customers enjoy the highest level of service and satisfaction. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues to determine the root cause of malfunctions.

Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.

Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about the repair process and appliance care.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.

Stay up-to-date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service calls.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in appliance repair is a plus.

Proven experience as a home appliance technician or in a similar role.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in appliance repair.
