What You'll Do:
As a Residential Counselor, you'll provide essential support, guidance, and life-changing skills to teen mothers in a safe, nurturing environment. You'll play a pivotal role in helping them transition into independent, self-sufficient adults while positively impacting their children's futures. Through counseling, coaching, and daily support, you'll empower young families to thrive.

- Be a mentor:
Guide teen mothers through daily routines, from meal prep to schoolwork, chores, and self-care. - Foster independence:
Help residents build the skills they need to succeed long after they leave the program. - Create a safe space:
Ensure a calm, secure, and supportive living environment, handling crises with compassion and care. - Team up for success:
Work alongside an incredible team that's dedicated to achieving shared goals and building a stronger community.
Your
Qualifications:
- Passion for people:
Experience working with women, teens, or children, especially in residential or community settings. - Team player:
Ability to collaborate with others to create a positive environment and meet the needs of residents. - Empathy and leadership: A natural ability to manage challenging situations with calm and compassion.
- Commitment:
Must be 21+, with a high school diploma (Associate's Degree in Human Services is a plus) and a valid driver's license.
Shifts & Compensation:
Sunday-Thursday Full Time 3-11pm

Travel Required:
Yes. Transportation of clients in 10 passenger van around Worcester
Education:
High School or better. Preferred:
Associates or better in Human Services or related field.
Experience:
Required:
1 year:
Experience working with women, adolescents and/or children in a residential or community setting.

MA Driver's License, CPR, First Aid
