What You Will Do:
- Meet new individuals to orient them to peer support services.
- Help individuals develop WRAP or other wellness and recovery plans.
- Act as part of a team, sharing knowledge and experience with all team members in order to assist individuals served while working collaboratively with colleagues.
- Complete contact notes in a timely fashion.
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle available for all working hours required.
- Minimum of six months' experience in human services preferred.
- Demonstrates a willingness to update professional experience.
- Maintains job effectiveness under changing conditions.

Pay Range: $21.50-$24.00
