Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) is seeking compassionate Residential Counselors to support the individuals we serve in Worcester, MA. This part-time, 40-hours/week, non-exempt position is eligible for benefits and starts at $18/hr.
Schedule:
First/Second/Third shifts. You will supervise and transport clients, teach new skills per the Individual Service Plan, and be a positive role model while safeguarding the clients.
