This is a full-time on-site role for a LaTeX Programmer based in Worcester, MA. The role involves developing, optimizing, and maintaining LaTeX-based documents and workflows for purpose-driven media creation. The programmer will work closely with cross-functional teams, writing, debugging, and refining code within established formats. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to implement programming best practices while aligning solutions with the goals of the project.

• Proficiency in Computer Science principles and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Strong skills in Programming, particularly using LaTeX for document preparation and typesetting
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with transportation systems and gaming frameworks is a plus
