Position Summary

Director, Product and Solutions Management – Agentic Services. You will pioneer the future of AI in healthcare by leading the evolution of Tom Services, a cutting‑edge agentic AI offering designed to revolutionize access to primary care. You will sit at the intersection of clinical excellence, artificial intelligence, and user experience, overseeing a high‑performing team responsible for the entire product lifecycle—from MVPs to robust, multi‑agent systems.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Vision & AI Innovation
    • Develop and deliver compelling business cases for new AI agents and services.
    • Define MVPs and iteratively evolve services as new data, skills, and LLM capabilities become available.
    • Collaborate with the clinical team to create mid‑term (2‑3 year), quarterly and annual roadmaps and vet them with prospects, buyers, and primary care users.
    • Identify future needs for product roadmap prioritization.
  • Product Execution & Lifecycle Mastery
    • Create comprehensive requirements for new Tom Services and Agents throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Develop, document, and continuously refine the services‑development process for rapid, high‑quality deployment.
    • Partner with clinical, prompt engineering, UX, and software engineering teams on prompting and engineering.
    • Define service definitions and success criteria; monitor service performance during betas and production and make real‑time adjustments.
  • Quality, Testing & Collaboration
    • Champion testing across internal, patient, simulant, and beta channels to exceed acceptance criteria.
    • Present Tom Services at highly technical solutioning sessions.
    • Work closely with the UX, marketing and implementation teams on documentation, packaging, and training materials.
  • People Leadership & Culture
    • Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of product managers and advanced individual contributors.
    • Foster a culture of customer value, continuous improvement, and safety.
    • Manage resource allocation, budgeting, staffing, goal setting, 1‑on‑1 check‑ins, and career development.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree in a technology or business‑related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:

    12+ years in product management and data‑tools, with at least 3+ years in healthcare; 5+ years successfully leading high‑performing teams.
  • Technical Acumen:
    Comprehensive knowledge of platform technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, software architectures, APIs, integration techniques, and data management.
  • Analytical Prowess:
    Strong critical‑thinking skills to interpret complex information, identify opportunities and implement strategic solutions.
  • Communication:
    Elite presentation skills and the ability to translate complex AI and technical concepts into audience‑appropriate narratives.
  • Execution:
    Proven ability to deliver exceptional results in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with strategic decision latitude.
Preferred Skills
  • Deep experience in Agile development methodology.
  • Experience with SaaS delivery models.
  • Prior work with Conversational AI, prompt engineering, and LLMs.
  • Advanced understanding of complex Product Life Cycle management.
Pay Transparency

The hiring range for this position is $–$. In addition to the base salary, the role may qualify for performance‑based incentive and/or equity, subject to company performance and individual achievement.

Location & Type

Based in Cambridge, MA – Hybrid (3 times per week). Full‑time.
