This full‑time, on‑site Mover Foreman position involves overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of moving and relocation projects. Based in Worcester, MA, the Mover Foreman will supervise moving crews, ensure safety protocols are followed, operate heavy equipment, assist with loading/unloading, and coordinate logistics. Additional responsibilities include maintaining equipment, handling customer interactions, and ensuring customer service standards are consistently met throughout the moving process.

• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Experience using heavy equipment for loading, unloading, and transportation.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers professionally.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry and maintenance to assist with setup or minor repairs during moves.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities to ensure smooth and efficient moving operations.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Proficiency in handling physically demanding tasks and working in various weather conditions.
• Prior experience in the moving or logistics industry is a plus.
