Papa Gino's Delivery Driver

Job Summary

Paying $8 per hour plus tips and reimbursements.

• Safely deliver food orders to guests within the quoted time frame.
• Provide excellent customer service at the delivery location.
• Assist with assembling orders, checking for completeness and accuracy.
• Accept payment and make any necessary change using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, floors, and the delivery/dispatch area.
• Restock counter supplies and ensure sufficient quantities of napkins, paper plates, utensils, etc.
• Communicate with the kitchen, dine‑in staff, and in‑house teams as needed.
• Answer restaurant telephone and take guest orders when designated phone person is unavailable.
• Assist in the general maintenance of the restaurant and grounds during downtime.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license held for one year.
• Clean driving record and valid insurance for a reliable vehicle.
• Reliable, friendly, professional, and dependable attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests.
• Commitment to punctuality and regular attendance.
• Ability to maintain own vehicle safety and records of driver’s license and auto insurance in compliance with state regulations.
• Consent to represent the company brand while on route.

• Perform essential job functions as per ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Attend regularly and punctually as required.
