Starting Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 based on experience.

With nearly 470 franchised tire and automotive service centers under the Big O Tires brand, TBC is headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

We are hiring new and experienced delivery drivers for our full‑time Warehouse Delivery Driver position, which may lead to career growth opportunities.

• Operate company vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously in accordance with TBC policies.
• Pick, stage, and load trucks as required.
• Understand and comply with DOT regulations, including hours of service requirements.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
• Follow pre‑determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers.
• Securely handle cash or check (COD) as required per company COD policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area.
• Provide exceptional customer service based on TBC’s People‑Focused values.
• Wear a clean and laundered uniform provided by NTW.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested or needed.

• Safety‑first mental attitude.
• 1+ years of delivery or box‑truck experience preferred.
• 1+ years with no at‑fault accidents.
• Clean MVR.
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle types driven during company business.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and occasionally more.
• Ability to complete driver vehicle inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
• Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
