CDL A Drivers +/WK Home Weekends All No Touch (Full Time)

Class A drivers with 8 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last three years with at least 2 months of that in winter conditions in the Upper Midwest or Northeast (Dec-Feb).

Drivers earn $85,000 to $105,000 per year. New drivers who start before July 3, 2026 will earn a minimum of $1,800 per week for the first five weeks.

Drivers get home Friday night and return Sunday night, or Saturday morning and return Monday morning. A full 48 hours off is provided.

Drivers will run the Upper Midwest into Kentucky and Virginia, and the Northeast with the exception of New York State and NYC. No pick or drops. The driver will take the truck and trailer home (never under a load) and must have a parking location.

All trucks are 18 months or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680, all automatic. Each truck includes a flat screen TV, free XM radio and is governed at 65 MPH.

Full benefits after 60 days and among the best in the industry: medical, 401(k), PTO, vision, dental, etc.

Safety bonus: $900 every 90 days for hazmat drivers, $750 for non-hazmat, plus 8 hours of PTO. Up to $1,500 in hiring pay.

• Minimum of 8 months OTR or Regional in the last 3 years with at least 2 months in winter conditions (Dec, Jan, Feb).
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, no more than 2 in the last 12 months, and none serious.
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• No more than 3 parking lot incidents in the last 2 years.
• No 15+ incidents in the last year and no violations such as cell phone usage, careless or reckless driving, following too closely, improper passing, or excessive speed for conditions in the last 3 years.
• No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months.
• Must not have been terminated from any driving job for any reason in the last 12 months, with no more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years.
• No DUI ever in a CMV.
