Retail Inventory Associate - Driver | Hourly Rate Range: $17.50 - $22.50. Part Time:
Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn!

Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.

• Safety First - Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner. This role adheres to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, conducts and completes vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision – accuracy matters.

• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.

• Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work preferred. If you have the discipline, training is available.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments (very early mornings and/or late nights).

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, occasional walking, use of both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequent low-level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use of a ladder, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs., and frequent travel by car with occasional overnight stays.
