About the Role:
The Delivery Manager is the logistical backbone of our local operations. You will oversee our network of Delivery Partners, ensuring that every senior gets their groceries and essentials exactly when they need them. You will solve problems on the fly, manage driver schedules, and maintain the high standard of reliability that our users' families depend on.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, train, and support a team of local Grocery Delivery Partners.
- Monitor real-time delivery routing to ensure efficiency and on-time drop-offs.
- Act as the point of escalation for delivery issues, missing items, or driver emergencies.
- Uphold our strict safety and quality standards across all local deliveries.
- Operational Leadership:
Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or team management. - Problem-Solving
Skills:
The ability to stay calm and find quick solutions when a delivery goes off track. - Mission-Driven: A deep understanding that a delayed delivery isn't just a metric—it impacts a senior's daily life and comfort.
