Delivery Driver / Delivery Coordinator

We are hiring experienced delivery professionals to join our team. The role involves planning and executing delivery activities, operating delivery vehicles, and ensuring on‑time deliveries to customers.

Key Responsibilities
:

• Safely operate, load, and unload delivery trucks.
• Plan and prepare delivery loads.
• Follow scheduled delivery routes and dynamically adjust when necessary.
• Assist with merchandise installations or returns.
• Maintain vehicles with proper fluids and cleanliness.
• Complete delivery records accurately.

Qualifications
:

• Valid driver’s license; CDL A preferred.
• Experience with delivery or transportation roles.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.

Compensation
:

• Competitive salary: $40.00 – $61,910.00 annually (depending on experience).
• Full-time position with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.

Location:

Worcester, MA and surrounding areas.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (hours may vary). Home daily for many routes.
