Role Description This is a Part time , on-site Truck Driver role based in Worcester, MA. The Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating company trucks, following scheduled routes, and ensuring timely pickup and delivery of goods. Day-to-day tasks include performing pre- and post-trip inspections, complying with DOT regulations, securing loads, and assisting with unloading as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate logs and documentation, communicating with dispatch and customers, and reporting any issues related to vehicle safety or delivery delays.
The Truck Driver is expected to uphold company safety standards and represent Falcone Enterprises professionally while on the road and at customer locations.
Qualifications
- Possess Non CDL license with a medical card and strong truck driving skills, with experience operating commercial trucks.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and ability to adhere to all safety and compliance requirements.
- Capability to handle unloading tasks and properly secure and manage cargo.
- Clean driving record and proven history of safe, responsible driving.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Worcester, MA and adapt to varying schedules and routes.
- Strong communication skills and professional customer service mindset.
- Basic mechanical awareness to identify and report vehicle issues; experience with routine inspections is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience as a commercial truck driver is an advantage.
