Westaff is looking for a Warehouse Clerk in the Worcester, MA area for Immediate Start!
Location:
Worcester, MA
Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $23/hour
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, enjoys administrative work, and isn't afraid to jump in on the warehouse floor when needed.
Job Duties:
• Prepare and manage shipping paperwork including BOLs, packing lists, labels)
- Process orders in internal systems with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate load planning to support efficient outbound shipments
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, requirements, and scheduling
- Support warehouse operations as needed, including:
- Picking and staging orders
- Systematic receiving and inventory updates
- Assisting with workflow coordination between office and floor teams
- Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across all logistics systems
• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or a related administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with shipping documents and data
- Ability to learn and navigate logistics or ERP systems
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to support warehouse tasks when needed
