We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and supporting a busy team. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Summary

As the Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our field and office teams by coordinating purchasing, inventory, fleet records, and warehouse administration. This position combines office responsibilities with hands-on warehouse support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety throughout their day.

You'll work closely with technicians, managers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure materials, equipment, and information are where they need to be when they need to be there.

What You'll Do Inventory & Purchasing Coordination
  • Create and manage purchase orders

  • Process material requests from field technicians

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment

  • Research parts availability, pricing, and vendor options

  • Track incoming shipments and verify order accuracy

  • Maintain organized inventory records and documentation

Fleet & Equipment Administration
  • Schedule and track vehicle maintenance

  • Maintain fleet registration and compliance records

  • Manage company vehicle keys and documentation

  • Track company tools, equipment, and asset assignments

  • Assist with GPS and fleet management systems

  • Maintain accurate equipment inventory records

Operational & Administrative Support
  • Serve as a primary resource for warehouse-related inquiries

  • Support technicians and managers with inventory needs

  • Process permits, paperwork, and operational documentation

  • Coordinate occasional deliveries and material pickups

  • Assist with special projects and process improvements

  • Maintain organized records and filing systems

Warehouse Support
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse

  • Receive, organize, and stock incoming materials

  • Assist technicians with parts and equipment distribution

  • Support daily warehouse workflow and operations

  • Help ensure materials are readily available for scheduled jobs

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative, warehouse, or operations experience

  • Prior experience in the HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home service industry

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

  • Proficiency with computers and data entry

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Service Titan or similar field service software

  • Purchasing, inventory, or warehouse management experience

  • Experience supporting field service operations

  • Strong customer service and vendor communication skills

  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
