Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Social Worker to join the Fostering and Kinship Service to undertake Form F Assessments and IFA Transfers. Worcestershire County Council Children’s Services and Worcestershire Fostering have been rated Good overall by Ofsted. Responsibilities
  • Undertake Form F Assessments and IFA Transfers.
  • Assess and supervise Foster Carers.
  • Conduct Viability, Private Fostering and Special Guardianship Assessments for court submission.
Qualifications
  • A professional qualification in social work.
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Post qualifying experience in Children and Families work.
  • Proven experience of completing Social Work assessments, preferably fostering assessments.
  • Good knowledge of the fostering regulations and minimum standards.
