About the RoleAs an EYFS Practitioner, you will:
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Plan and lead creative, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to support their development
- Build positive partnerships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
- Always uphold safeguarding and welfare standards
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Working with a supportive, friendly, and professional team
- A full time, long-term role starting ASAP
- Supportive leadership and a friendly early year’s team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
