At Branas Isaf Children’s Services, we create Extraordinary Days Every Day for the young people in our care and as a Residential Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of that.

A role where every day is different You’ll be part of a supportive, therapeutic team, helping children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs to feel understood and empowered.

Your day-to-day will include:
Supporting routines like school, appointments and daily activities Building meaningful, trusting relationships Encouraging independence, confidence and life skills Planning fun and engaging experiences, from outdoor activities to gaming, crafts or days out Keeping accurate records using our digital care systems This isn’t a desk-based role, it’s hands-on, rewarding, and genuinely life-changing.

What we’re looking for You don’t need previous care experience, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

  • Hold a full UK manual driving licence and be willing to work evenings, weekends and sleep-ins as part of a rota.
