Ecologist​/Senior Ecologist

Overview

The Ecologist/Senior Ecologist role will join our expanding Development Team, taking the lead on delivering habitat and species assessments throughout the Severn catchment. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating restoration schemes, providing end-to-end ecological support to our charitable programmes and to our portfolio of commercial services offered by the Severn Rivers Ecology consultancy arm.

• Lead on delivering habitat and species assessments across the Severn catchment.
• Facilitate a range of ambitious, landscape-altering restoration schemes through end-to-end ecological support for charitable programmes and commercial services.
• Support the establishment of monitoring programmes and coordinate a small team of freelance ecologists to expand reach and capability.

The role will be varied and highly rewarding, with a significant degree of autonomy and a motivated individual who is invested in our wider vision.
