Plumber

Plumber – £36,000 – £42,000 per year

• Good working knowledge of water supply, heating and ventilation systems.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools.
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Good listening and communication skills.

• Installing and replacing pipework and other fixtures such as sinks, toilets, urinals, water heaters & cylinders for commercial and domestic properties.
• Servicing water heaters, cylinders and pumps.
• Installing air and ground source heat pumps (renewable energy).
• Installing and maintaining all domestic and commercial water supply systems.
• Installing pipe supports and clips prior to installation.
• Assembling and replacing mechanical/plumbing fittings and valves.
• Locating and repairing issues with water supply lines (e.g., leaks & equipment breakdowns).
• Performing full site surveys with material and plant lists.
• Repairing or replacing broken drainage pipework & clearing blockages.
• Installing waste disposal and sanitary systems.
• Modifying length of pipes, fixtures and other plumbing materials as needed for a building.
• Using saws and pipe cutters as necessary.

Full‑time, permanent. 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday. Overtime and weekend work available. Basic H&S training supplied.

• Plumbing: 3–5 years (preferred).

• Driving licence (required).
• CSCS (preferred).
• City & Guilds (required).

No remote work – in person only.
