This is a full-time, on-site Electrician position based in Worcester, covering projects across Worcestershire and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will primarily work on domestic electrical installations, maintenance, repairs, consumer unit upgrades, rewires, and fault finding, while also supporting commercial and industrial projects when required. You'll be joining a professional and supportive team, delivering work to a high standard while ensuring full compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements.

• Carry out first and second fix electrical installations
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and equipment
• Consumer unit replacements and upgrades
• Full and partial rewires
• Fault finding, testing and diagnostics
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
• Complete inspection, testing, and commissioning where required
• Ensure all work complies with BS7671 Wiring Regulations and current Health & Safety legislation
• Complete job sheets, certification and relevant documentation accurately
• Maintain company tools, equipment and company vehicle to a high standard
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with customers, site managers and colleagues
• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• AM2 Qualification
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
• Full UK Clean Driving Licence
• Previous experience working within domestic electrical installations (commercial and industrial experience is advantageous)
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Strong understanding of BS7671 Wiring Regulations and current Health & Safety legislation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality workmanship

• Inspection & Testing (City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent)
• ECS Gold Card
• IPAF
• PASMA
• Experience with EV charger installations
• Experience with Solar PV and Battery Storage systems
