Salary: Up to £47,000 Basic Salary + Door-to-Door Pay + Overtime

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join a growing Facilities Management and Building Services business. The role will be based around Worcester and the surrounding areas, with most work completed locally and travel paid door-to-door.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Gas Engineer, Gas Service Engineer, Heating Engineer, or Multi-Skilled Gas Engineer looking for a stable role with a well-established employer.

As a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and repairs across a portfolio of commercial properties.

The role will primarily focus on commercial gas systems and associated plant, with occasional installation and remedial works where required.

Most days will be worked on a door-to-door basis between 8:00am and 5:00pm, providing an excellent work-life balance and ensuring your travel time is recognised.

• Carry out commercial gas servicing, maintenance, and repairs
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks
• Diagnose faults and undertake repairs to commercial heating systems
• Service boilers, water heaters, radiant tube heaters, and associated plant
• Carry out gas safety inspections and compliance checks
• Complete maintenance reports and compliance documentation
• Attend emergency call-outs when required
• Undertake installation and remedial works where appropriate
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations
• Build strong relationships with clients and site teams

Applicants must hold the following commercial gas qualifications:

• CCN1
• CPA1
• CENWAT
• CORT1
• CIGA1
• ICPN1
• CDGA1
• TCPP1 / TCPP1A
• G3 Unvented Hot Water

• Previous experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
• Experience with in Facilities Management, Building Services, or Commercial Maintenance environments
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

• Up to £50,000 basic salary
• Door-to-door pay
