Field Service Engineer –

Location:

Worcester and West Midlands.
Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 (40‑hour) or £36,000 – £42,500 (45‑hour).
Shift: Monday to Friday – 40‑hour or 45‑hour week available.

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing forklift trucks and a range of material handling equipment (MHE) across customer sites within the local area.
• Fault finding, diagnostics, planned maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Organise own workload and diary, working autonomously.
• Work with a strong technical back‑office team and participate in ongoing manufacturer training and development.

• Hands‑on servicing or maintenance experience of forklift trucks, mobile plant machinery, HGVs or industrial vehicles.
• Experience in electrical, mechanical and hydraulics disciplines.
• Recognised engineering qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in engineering (desirable).
• Prior experience as a Field Service Engineer is desirable.
