SMART Repairer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SMART Repairer to join a reputable franchised dealership in Worcester. Duties of a SMART Repairer:

Carry out a wide range of cosmetic vehicle repairs, including stripping, refurbishing, and refitting components
Complete all aspects of SMART repairs in line with manufacturer standards
Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards
Work efficiently alongside a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians as a SMART Repairer
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including the use of PPE
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Provide excellent customer service within the dealership environment

Requirements of a SMART Repairer:

Previous experience in cosmetic repair, SMART repair, or accident repair is essential
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results
Ability to work efficiently within a team as a SMART Repairer
Good understanding of manufacturer repair procedures and standards
Commitment to health and safety protocols
Experience working within a bodyshop environment is advantageous
